Create a "house" cocktail to chill out with whenever you wish you were lounging by the hotel pool instead of cooling off with the garden hose. Here's a suggestion from Ben Provost, head barman at London's posh Stafford Hotel:

Summer Scent
3/10 Gordon's Sloe Gin
2/10 lime cordial (a mixture of lime juice and sugar)
5/10 apple juice

Shake and pour into a highball glass full of ice. Top off with lemonade and add a slice of apple or cocktail cherry for garnish.
