Caught the beading bug? Crystal baubles, pearls and glass beads can add as much dazzle to home decor as they do to your jewelry collection. These four beading projects are easy to create and make an elegant statement in your home no matter what the season.

Cut-Glass Chandelier

by Elizabeth Bower

The glittering of light on cut glass brings a room to life. Even in daylight, sunbeams will play on the crystals suspended from this simple chandelier. At night, the electric light globe will make the clear glass droplets sparkle.

Chandelier crystals are available at craft stores and bead suppliers; vintage chandelier crystals may often be found at yard sales and antique markets. Lampshade frames can be bought at craft, lighting and some fabric suppliers.
